RATES
All prices are in U.S. dollars or the exchange rate in nuevo sol and are subject to change without notice. The rate of tourism programs is per person, based on a double occupacy, unless specified different conditions. The rates quoted in the list of hotels are per person.
Discounts for children.
Generally our programs are not recommendable for children under 10 years old, since the activities are sometimes little rough. However, we may accept children if parents accept that having them in the trip may cause delay or lose some activities. . Children from 5 to 10 years are charged 50% of adults and will have included normal service. Children over 10 pay the price for adults
PROGRAMS
The programs are planned with great care, although, for operational reasons may be necessary to change the order of activities in the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are rare, in general the itinerary should be treated only as a rough guide.
CONTRACTED TOURS
Booking: To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total tour price is required.
Payments can be made online via our secure payment link, through bank transfer, or via Western Union.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash before the start of the tour.
Cancellations and Refunds: - Once the 50% deposit has been received, your booking is considered confirmed. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the traveler for any reason, including delays or failure to arrive on time for the tour.

Health Conditions:
If a traveler shows symptoms of illness or a medical condition that cannot be adequately managed while in the lodge, and it is deemed safer for them to remain in the city. Amazon Discovery is not responsible for the traveler’s medical care. -
Adverse Weather or Environmental Conditions:
In cases of severe storms, flooding, or extreme drought that may affect navigation or safety.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7 calendar days.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Our company is not liable for any illness, disability, mental condition, or related issue that could endanger the health or safety of the traveler or third parties during the course of the contracted tour. This also applies to any condition that may limit or prevent the proper delivery of our tourism services.
Therefore, the company will not accept any claim or refund related to the above-mentioned circumstances, including cases in which such issues might not normally arise under standard conditions.
We kindly ask all travelers to inform us prior to booking of any existing medical, physical, or mental condition, so we can provide appropriate recommendations and suggest services that best suit their needs.
Terms and Conditions — Cancellations and Refunds
Amazon Discovery – Tour Operator
If a passenger decides to leave the lodge or end the tour before completion, no refund or claim will be accepted for the unused portion of the program.
In addition, if the client requests transportation outside the regular schedule previously established by Amazon Discovery, an extra transfer fee of S/.250.00 will apply for the additional boat service.
Should a passenger decide to abandon the trip at any time during the tour, this will also be considered a voluntary withdrawal, and no refund will be granted.
Baggage:
Before starting the jungle tour, we recommend that each traveler bring only the essentials for the number of days they will be staying in the rainforest. Heavier luggage can be safely stored in the city, while personal backpacks are ideal for the expedition.
